Privacy Policy

Sollum Sites is a one-person business, run by Ruben Camacho Cabrera. This page explains, in plain language, what information this website collects and what happens to it. If anything here is unclear, email hello@sollumsites.com and ask.
What we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect your business name and whatever contact method you provide (an Instagram handle, a WhatsApp number, a phone number, or an email address). If you email or message us directly instead, we receive whatever you choose to send us. We don't use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts on this site, so we don't collect browsing behavior, device fingerprints, or ad-tracking data.
How we use it
We use what you send us for one purpose: to build a free sample website for your business and to follow up with you about it. We don't add you to a marketing list, sell your information, or use it for anything beyond that conversation.
Third parties
Your contact-form submission is delivered to us using Resend, an email delivery service. Resend processes the message only to deliver it as an email to our inbox; it isn't shared with any other third party, sold, or used for advertising. Resend's own privacy policy is available at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Your browser may store standard technical data needed to load the page (handled by our hosting provider, Vercel), but we don't use any of that to track you across visits or other sites.
How long we keep it
Contact-form submissions live in our email inbox, not in a separate database. We keep them as long as needed to follow up with you, and delete them on request.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, at any time, by emailing hello@sollumsites.com. If you're a California resident, you have specific rights under California privacy law to know what personal information is collected and to request its deletion; the same email gets you there.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in any meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
